Vas' Penthouse Apartment - Nicosia

Vas' Penthouse was an very nice find! The apartment was beautifully furnished and well-maintained, with fine views from the balcony. The walk-in wardrobe was a lifesaver for storing our luggage. Mr Hero, the resident cat, was a good addition to our stay. Even though the check-in was delayed, Vas was attentive and made sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was fairly clean and had magnificent location almost in the city center. The bed was comfortable, and had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Things like a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets were available in the private bathroom. Mountain view out of windows was astonishing...

The apartment had a stunning mountain view, but also had unexpected roommates: cats. They were everywhere, even on the couch, making themselves at home. So delightful!

Cat hair, cat vomit, and cats climbing on the kitchen counter. Realizing I had become a guest in their kingdom was quite an experience.

We got great value for our money at Vas' Penthouse. The nice furniture and well looked after, with fine views of the city and mountains from the balcony. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to shops and cafes. The owner, Vas, was kind and attentive, making our visit enjoyable.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with a bit more variety.

The mountain views from the balcony of this apartment were absolutely stunning. It felt like being on top of the world, with a breathtaking panorama that rivaled the grandest of postcards. I couldn't help but snap countless pictures, trying to capture the beauty of nature in a frame.

We got an amazing value for our money at this beautifully furnished apartment in Nicosia. The room was great, with a great living room kitchen and fine views from the balcony.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding a wider variety of options.

The apartment was well-furnished and had a stunning view over the city. It had everything we needed and more, including a fully equipped kitchen and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was also a key advantage, as it was in a quiet area with easy access to shops and cafes.

There were some downsides to our stay. The presence of cats in the apartment caused allergy issues for one of our party, which was a shame.

The check, in process was delayed, causing a slight inconvenience due to a public holiday.

The apartment had amazing views from the living room and balcony, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the city scenery. the flat was spacious, cozy, and filled with lovely details, just like in the pictures. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Another advantage was the great location, with easy parking nearby. Collecting the keys via the lockbox was convenient as well.

The lack of hygiene due to the cats' bad habits was a downside. There was fur everywhere from cat fights, and I even found cat vomit on the couch.

Fantastic host, Vas, who is quick to respond and provides helpful information. A delightful surprise to have Mr. Hero, the friendly house cat, greet us and join us on the couch. Convenient off-site car park and easy key collection via lockbox. Excellent amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Endless entertainment options available nearby, from hiking and diving to horseback riding and golf. A variety of recreational activities like archery, tennis, aqua park, and bowling in the area. Welcome drink upon arrival and the option for pet amenities for our furry friends. Comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep. Impeccable cleanliness and a cozy atmosphere throughout the apartment. Cots available for families with young children. Non-smoking policy on site ensured a fresh environment. Walking distance to shops, cafes, and other attractions in a quiet location.

I recently stayed at Vas' Penthouse in Nicosia for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the living room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the mountains in the Turkish part of the island. I also loved the presence of the friendly and cuddly cats. The owner was very responsive and the apartment was clean and user-friendly. I especially enjoyed the surprise of a dressing room and the convenience of free parking in the area. I highly recommend this place.
